The holidays are officially upon us and honestly, I must say I’m underwhelmed. With so many changes happening in my personal life (more on that soon) this will be the first Christmas that I don’t decorate, cook or host a party. Well, I am hosting an Ice Skating Party, but that’s different from having a house full of friends, family and food. But I need a change and this is just the beginning!
Here are a few of the things floating on the inter-web that are making my spirit merry and bright! Along with some sites that have helped make my holiday gift-giving and card-sending a breeze.
Get spruced up this Holiday Season with a chic Christmas Tree Dress! I saw my first one in a store window earlier this week and had to create this Pinterest board.
I think I wanted every one of these 45 Awesome Toys Every ’90s Girl Wanted For Christmas. Especially #2, #10, #16, #27 and #45. I received #18 one year and was the Skip-it Champion of my neighborhood!
The curvy fashion struggle is real and so are these 23 Awkward Moments Every Curvy Girl Knows Too Well.
Through the magic of modern technology, we’re able to see 100 Years of Beauty in 1 Minute.
I’m sure I’m late, but I was recently told about Paperless Post and I’m a believer! My usual go-to for e-cards and e-vites is Evites but Paperless Post has more an upscale vibe and variety. As a newbie I’m still learning the ropes, but I know they create cute free options along with designer invites and cards from the likes of Kate Spade New York, J. Crew and Oscar de la Renta. The paperless options range from free to 4 coins per recipient. They also offer classic. customizable cards for a range of prices.
One of my favorite holiday traditions is making gifts. Some are more hands on than others like this Solid Perfume from A Beautiful Mess. Others are just time-consuming like these Custom Photo Calendars and Personalized Hardcover Photo Books I found on Living Social.
